Summary of hygiene measures in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

Wearing mouth and nose protection [MNS] is fundamentally mandatory for all employees.


  1. Directly at the workplace [offices count as one workplace], provided that the minimum distance of 1.5 m is maintained.
  2. In the open air, provided that the minimum distance of 1.5 m is maintained.
  3. When traveling alone in vehicles


  • Compliance with the AHA + L rule [keep your distance / keep hygiene measures / everyday mask / ventilation]: Workplaces in closed rooms must be ventilated after at least 60 minutes, meeting rooms at least 10 minutes before use and at least after 20 minutes, ventilation duration 3 to 10 minutes
  • Break times are to be equalized, this applies to both the commercial, as well as the industrial employees [no shared breaks within a department]
  • If separate break rooms are available, e.g. Waage Nordstraße, electrical workshop, locksmith's shop Brake, these rooms are to be used
  • The minimum distances in the break rooms must be ensured
  • Vehicles in operation [pool cars, wheel loaders, forklifts, etc.] must be disinfected by the user before each use [surface disinfection], the disinfection relates to the operating elements of the vehicles [steering wheel, gearshift, etc.]
  • Tools that are not directly assigned to employees must be cleaned / disinfected before each use
  • As before, all rooms are continuously / regularly cleaned / disinfected
  • The max. number of people in meeting rooms is limited, the max. occupancy is indicated on the respective access area of ​​the rooms
  • Before access to all office space, all non-employees must submit a questionnaire, including to be filled out and signed with details of the person and the state of health, the same applies to possible representative visits to the technical workshops, the original questionnaires are to be sent daily to the reception / headquarters in Brake and are collected there [the above measure does not apply to truck handling]
