The corona pandemic is still keeping us in suspense.
The J. MÜLLER crisis team has implemented extensive measures to ensure operations and to protect employees and customers.
In addition to the implementation of legal and official regulations, this includes internal regulations.
Due to the dynamics of what is happening, we are constantly adapting our measures to current conditions.
Customer information
Dear Customer,
As a service provider we are aware that we bear a special responsibility.
Alongside the general Covid-19 “HANDS, FACE, SPACE” rules and the applicable measures that must be implemented by law, we have taken a number of additional steps to prevent the spread of infection inside our company as far as possible and at the same time to ensure that terminal operation can be maintained. We monitor the rate of new infections every day and continually update our measures in response to the current pandemic developments.
These measures are also based on the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and comply with the requirements of the current Lower Saxony Directive on Infection Prevention Measures for the Containment of the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and Its Variants [Lower Saxony Corona Directive] as well as the provisions of occupational health and safety legislation. The vaccination coverage among our employees and the rate of new infections at the site are also important factors in assessing the situation. For this reason we are also in regular contact with the relevant authorities for updates.
We are unfortunately unable to give you any details of our internal emergency plan. As we mentioned previously, we are regularly updating our measures in line with the pandemic developments and the emergency plan is therefore a "responsive structure" with a number of individual measures that allow us to react selectively and in a targeted manner to the respective situation.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
