Job fair at the Weser-Ems Hall in Oldenburg
In search of tomorrow’s talent with full port expertise: Kaja Hanke and Neele Evers represented Seaports of Niedersachsen at the exhibition stand during the 20th Oldenburg Job Fair, which attracted around 6,000 visitors. More than 120 companies showcased their career opportunities to prospective applicants.
Over the course of the two-day event, they held numerous conversations with school pupils, university students, and experienced professionals, presenting the wide range of career and training opportunities available in the port and logistics sector. As part of the joint exhibition, they successfully highlighted the importance of Lower Saxony’s seaports as modern, future-oriented employers.
Seaports of Niedersachsen represents the shared interests of Lower Saxony’s seaports and promotes the strength of the state’s maritime port network. The joint presence at the job fair demonstrated the diverse career opportunities within the port industry—from vocational training to university studies.
