First Presentation of the J. MÜLLER Continuous Improvement Process Award
With the festive presentation of the J. MÜLLER CIP Award, we are sending out a strong signal in favour of innovation and appreciation! This award recognises the creative ideas of our employees in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and underlines the importance of their commitment to the continuous development of our company.
The event provided a platform for presenting the proposals submitted in 2024 and recognising the innovative efforts of our teams. Daniel Zinkgraf, CIP Lean Manager, presented the ideas and explained how they have helped to optimise our processes. Jan Müller, CEO of J. MÜLLER AG, emphasised the importance of the CIP and expressed his thanks: ‘Your commitment is indispensable for our continuous improvement and cost optimisation.’
A special highlight was the prize draw, in which three randomly selected entrants were rewarded with vouchers for various activities - because appreciation goes to everyone, regardless of how their suggestions are implemented.
