IHK’s ‘Top Training’ seal of approval

We are delighted that J. MÜLLER Weser has once again been awarded the “Top Training” quality seal by the Oldenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). The official award ceremony took place on 21 July 2026 and recognizes our continued commitment to providing high-quality, practical and future-oriented vocational training.

The award underlines the importance our company places on professional training. As of December 2025, around 75,850 companies were registered in the Oldenburg IHK region – with only 42 companies receiving the prestigious “Top Training” seal. This places J. MÜLLER Weser among a select group of companies recognized for their outstanding commitment and high standards in vocational training.

This renewed recognition confirms our ambition to not only provide young people with in-depth professional knowledge, but also to prepare them in a targeted and sustainable way for their future careers in the logistics and port industry.

Special thanks go to our dedicated training team. Kaja Hanke from the Brake HR department and Nico Hoppe, Training Coordinator for Spedition & Logistics, accepted the award on behalf of the team. Together with Neele Evers in Bremen, as well as all training coordinators and colleagues in the specialist departments, they support and guide our trainees every day with great commitment. They create the right conditions to ensure that our future specialists receive the best possible support, development opportunities and guidance throughout their professional journey.
