Training Start 2021
Welcome to the Team!
A new chapter begins for our 19 new harbor heroes: the vocational training at J. MÜLLER.
To ease their transition, we once again held two orientation days for the trainees this year. During these days, several activities were planned: a welcome by the board, management, and trainers, some icebreaker and team games, a tour of the Brake harbor, and a visit to the company premises, as well as organizational information regarding training and vocational school, and guidance on behavior and etiquette during the apprenticeship.
On Wednesday, they then launched into their respective departments. We hope we were able to facilitate the onboarding process for all the new trainees and we are already looking forward to collaborating and enjoying more great joint events, such as tugboat pulling, trainee outings, and more.
