Your Tasks:
- Independent dispatching of customer orders
- Assigning orders to charter contractors
- Transmitting all transport data to the driving personnel
- Monitoring the shipment process and its delivery
- Telephone support for our customers, including handling complaints
- Performing general administrative tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in dispatching
- Good English skills in both spoken and written communication
- Polish or Russian language skills are an advantage
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Good geographical knowledge
